Special request for ambitious FO's

The Renglorian government is requesting the help of an ambitious CEO in improving planetary production.

In exchange for building a few specific factories and allowing the government to 'expropriate' them, we would be willing to allow said Factory Owner to build and maintain 2 Arts factories.

Mental Dream Incorporated humbly requests that the Renglorian government not park in the white zone for that is loading and unloading of passanger's only...and could Renglor please re-submitt it's planetary factory need's to us again....our blueprint droid went freaky freaky after trying some hybrid electricity, and we as a company submitted him for treatment. Unfortunately he got so blasted he lost the prints...Thankyou,
