The planetary council today has announced a change in policy in reguards to factories. Any factory owner that builds factories taking more than 50 worthingies are now limited to 1 factory of each of those above 50.
The Stormy council regrets this change in policy; however, 6 firewalls factories are too many. The planet will limit it to 4 firewalls (being reviewed for further reduction).
Also we will not accept more than 2 factories from any one CEO of a particular commodity.
