I am buying commods and wares with future facs in mind. Will I hurt planetary exchanges with commods that I buy and sell on player planets or should I just buy from planets and sell in Sol. Also when I change wares to depots will the planets be hurt from the high priced commods that are stored there.

Planets aren't affected by what you have stored in your Ware/Depot. The planet is only affected when you buy or sell on the exchange.
I'm sure most PO's would love to have you buy from them. As far as selling goes - be careful not to overload the exchange with a commodity. Stop selling to the exchange once the exchange changes over from just buying to buying and selling both.

So any high priced commods I have when I promote to Industrialist would be best to sell to Sol or sell just about 525tns at a time to player planets. When the price becomes mixed then the commod is bordering between a deficit and producer?

When the commodity is mixed the planet only gets "credit" for half the sale. You get paid for the whole 75 tons and the planet treasury goes down by the whole 75 tons but half of the load is used automatically leaving the planet only the other half to recoupe the groats paid out.
