I think exchanges have slowed again. Substantially. Near as I can figure is between 25% and 33% slower than 2 days agao (on all commods)

I'm guessing that bella's been tweaking things this week, as i've seen my exchange run extremely slow a few days, and then almost normally others. Hopefully we'll see some indication of what's happening in the star this week. I finally had to remove all the facs on my planet, because things were running so unpredictably... with any luck i'll be able to add some back next week.
